Acceptance of These Terms
Creating an account at Mino Casino means you accept these terms in full, and from that moment they form a binding agreement between you and GBL Solutions N.V., the company that operates the Mino Casino brand at minocasino24.com. When a Game Round Fails or Results Are Voided
A technical fault does not create winnings that the game was never designed to pay. If a game, a connection or a payment page malfunctions during a round, we review the round logs supplied by the game provider, for example Pragmatic Play, Evolution or Play’n GO, and settle the round according to that record. Where the record shows an error, we may void the affected round and any winnings that came from it, and return the stake to your balance. If a live dealer stream drops during a hand, the result is decided by the provider’s server, not by what appeared on your screen.

Withdrawal limits follow your loyalty rank. At Recruit level the limit is $900 per day with a monthly cap of $18,000, and at Immortal level it rises to $1,800 per transaction, $1,800 per day and $36,000 per month.
